What is the difference between intolerance and skin allergy?
Intolerance (or hypersensitivity symptoms) is a physiological reaction caused by an irritant ingredient on sensitive skin (a preservative, an essential oil, a fragrance...). Whereas an allergy is a disturbance of the immune system which involves a poor resistance to allergens and is often linked to a genetic predisposition.
What is the difference between organic and natural?
The word "natural" can be used in a generic way. It is often used as a marketing argument in order to promote the formulas. A 100% natural product is restricted to the information provided by the manufacturer and its "good faith". The term "organic" implies the control of the origin of the raw materials which are themselves guaranteed to be organically grown. How can I tell whether I am allergic to a product?
In order to check your sensitivity to non-hypoallergenic formulas, we encourage you to place a small amount of the product on the inside of your wrist, where the skin is very thin. Leave it on for a few minutes before removing it with a clean cloth. Do not rinse it off for the next few hours. If you don't notice any particular reaction, it means that your skin is suited to this product.
